Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching & Learning: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum.
- Assessment: Monitor, record, and evaluate pupil progress, using assessment data to inform planning and differentiation.
- Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture where all pupils feel supported and encouraged to succeed.
- Differentiation: Adapt teaching strategies to meet the varying needs of pupils, including those with SEND or EAL.
- Position: KS2 Teacher
- Type of Work: Long-Term / Full-Time
- Start Date: November 2025
- Duration: Ongoing
- Contract Type: Ongoing
- Working Hours: 08:15 AM - 3:45 PM, Monday to Friday
Qualifications:
- Essential:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching within KS2 in a UK primary school.
- Desirable:
- Strong subject knowledge across the KS2 curriculum.
- Up-to-date Safeguarding and Child Protection training.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS certificate (on the Update Service) or willingness to apply for one.
- Two professional references from educational settings.
