Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a primary school based in Milnrow, Greater Manchester
.

Contract / Position Details- Location: Milnrow, Greater Manchester
- Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
- Type of work: Supporting teaching and learning, delivering small group or whole-class sessions, providing targeted intervention support, and assisting with planning and assessment
- Start date: November 2025
- Duration: 1-term contract (with the possibility of extension)
- End date: End of Autumn Term (Term
1) - Contract type: Temporary
- Full time/Part time: Full time
- Pay rate: Dependent on experience and pay scale
- Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday (term time only)
- HLTA qualification or equivalent (essential)
- Previous experience working as an HLTA or in a similar classroom-based role
- Up-to-date safeguarding training issued within the last year
- Strong communication, organisational, and behaviour management skills
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
