Unqualified Teaching Assistant; Experienced

Position: UNQUALIFIED TEACHING ASSISTANT (EXPERIENCED) (Contract)
Aspire People are recruiting an unqualified Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in M11. This role is ideal for someone with recent, relevant experience working with children who is looking to gain further school-based experience.

The Role

Supporting pupils in the classroom

Working 1:1 or in small groups

Assisting with behaviour management

Supporting learning across different year groups

Requirements

Experience working with children within the last 2 years
(e.g. school support, youth work, coaching, childcare)

Positive, reliable, and adaptable

Passion for education
