Experienced Primary Teacher

Aspire People are working with a well-established and consistently improving primary school in the M30 area that is seeking an experienced Primary Teacher for a long-term role. This position is ideal for a teacher who is confident managing their own classroom and is now looking for stability, consistency, and the opportunity to make a long-term impact.

This role is not suitable for ECTs. The school is specifically looking for someone who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately to teaching and learning.

• Full classroom responsibility within KS1 or KS2 (year group matched to experience)
• Planning, teaching, and assessing in line with the national curriculum
• Using assessment effectively to drive progress
• Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and learning
• Working collaboratively with senior leaders and support staff
• Supporting whole-school priorities and initiatives

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Minimum of 2+ years classroom experience
• Strong curriculum knowledge
• Confident behaviour management
• Professional, reliable, and committed
