Escape the Burnout – Join as a Nurture Teacher
EYFS, Primary & Secondary | Wigan, Salford, Merseyside, Liverpool & Lancashire | £26–£30/hr PAYE (likely increase from April)
Are you a teacher feeling drained by large classes, endless admin, and rigid timetables? Do you want to teach on your terms, make a real difference, and leave burnout behind?
SEND Inclusion Support is looking for qualified, passionate teachers to deliver nurture-led, personalised learning for children across EYFS, Primary, and Secondary. Work in calm, supportive settings—small groups, libraries, learning hubs, or one-to-one in homes—and focus on what you love: teaching and connecting with children.
Why This Role Will Change the Way You Teach
* Flexible hours – design your own timetable within the school day
* Small groups or 1:1 teaching – no huge classes, no constant admin
* Focus on what matters – nurture, SEND, SEMH, EBSA, and holistic learning
* Work locally – Wigan, Salford, Merseyside, Liverpool & Lancashire
* Supportive team – guidance, resources, and professional development
* Pay that values your skills – £26–£30 per hour, likely to increase in April
What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver personalised lessons across EYFS, Primary, or Secondary curriculum
* Support children with SEND, SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and emotional barriers
* Create calm, structured, and nurturing learning environments
* Use trauma-informed and relationship-based approaches to re-engage learners
* Track progress and adapt teaching without drowning in paperwork
* Work with parents, carers, schools, and professionals to support each child
Who We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching EYFS, Primary, or Secondary
* Calm, flexible, and child-centred approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience with SEND or nurture provision (desirable but not essential)
* Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
Step away from the pressures of mainstream teaching. Reclaim your passion, focus on what matters, and make a real difference in children’s lives
