CityUK, we’re looking for a passionate Pastoral Leader to join our team and lead on strategies that nurture resilience, inclusion, and positive relationships. This is your opportunity to shape lives, strengthen our community, and grow your career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

As a Pastoral Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the personal, well-being, and behaviour of our students. Working closely with senior leaders, teaching staff, and families, you’ll lead on pastoral care strategies that foster inclusion, resilience, and positive relationships. This is a dynamic, people-focused role where every day brings opportunities to make a real difference in the lives of young people.

• Student Well-being:
  Champion mental health and emotional support, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and ready to learn.
• Behaviour & Inclusion:
  Lead behaviour management strategies, promote positive conduct, and uphold our inclusive ethos.
• Safeguarding & Support:
  Act as a key point of contact for safeguarding concerns, liaising with families and external agencies.
• Community Engagement:
  Strengthen links between school, home, and the wider community through proactive communication and partnership work.
• Leadership &
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and senior leaders to deliver pastoral programmes and interventions that remove barriers to learning.

• Proven experience in pastoral care, safeguarding, or student support within an educational setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
• Organised, proactive, and committed to promoting inclusion and well-being.
