We are looking for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs in a friendly, inclusive, and vibrant school environment.

• Supporting students with SEN in the classroom, tailoring help to their individual needs
• Assisting the teacher with lesson preparation, classroom activities, and learning resources
• Providing one-to-one or small group support to help students reach their goals
• Previous experience working with children, preferably in an SEN setting
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while taking initiative when needed
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for helping children learn

• Valid DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) check - or willing to apply
• Right to work in the UK
• Be able to provide professional references which cover the last 2 years
• Experience in an educational or childcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow school policies and safeguarding procedures
