Role Overview

We are recruiting a full-time Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Secondary to support students across KS3 and KS4 in Manchester secondary schools. This Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Secondary role is ideal for an experienced TA looking to work in a structured secondary setting. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Secondary, you will provide targeted academic and behavioural support, working closely with teaching staff and the SEN team.

Responsibilities
  • Support students in lessons as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Secondary
  • Deliver small group and one-to-one interventions
  • Support students with SEN, SEMH, and additional needs
  • Assist teachers with classroom management and engagement
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
Requirements
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Experience working in a secondary school setting
  • Confident supporting KS3 and KS4 students
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
