What you'll do:
  • Deliver high-quality, practical, and theory-based sessions in creative media production, including areas like film, video editing, audio, and digital design.
  • Support students in building strong technical skills and professional behaviours.
  • Guide learners through projects, coursework, and assessments, helping them to explore their creativity and develop industry-ready portfolios.
  • Contribute to the planning and development of an exciting curriculum that reflects the ever‑evolving media landscape.
What we’re looking for:
  • A confident communicator experienced in working in a further education setting and with a demonstrable knowledge around delivering high quality, learner-focused education.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects) and current media production practices.
  • A passion for nurturing talent and helping young people succeed, fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration in order for students to succeed.

In this role, you’ll work closely with colleagues to strengthen curriculum design and overall programme delivery. You’ll also stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance your teaching approach.
