Position: Level 3 TA - Flexible Role Across Year Groups M6)
Are you a Level 3 Teaching Assistant who enjoys variety and wants experience across multiple year groups? Aspire People are supporting a large primary school in Salford that requires a skilled TA to work across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

The Role

You will support pupils across all year groups, providing classroom and intervention support.

Duties include:

1:1 and small group support to reinforce learning

Assisting teachers with lesson delivery, preparation, and assessment

Supporting pupils with additional needs or behaviour challenges

Encouraging engagement, confidence, and positive behaviour

Supporting the school's inclusion and SEND initiatives

Requirements

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent

Experience working in a UK primary school

Flexible approach and willingness to support different year groups

Strong communication and teamwork skills
