Position: Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant M8)
Aspire People are seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant with SEND expertise to support pupils with additional needs in a welcoming and inclusive primary school in North Manchester.

The Role

You will provide targeted support to pupils with SEND, working closely with teachers and SENCO staff. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering personalised support and interventions for pupils with SEND

Assisting with lesson preparation and differentiation

Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development

Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

Working alongside teachers to track progress and provide feedback

Requirements

Level 3 TA qualification

Experience working with pupils with SEND

Recent UK primary school experience

Strong behaviour management skills

Empathetic, patient, and proactive attitude
