The Role:

Year 3 Teacher
We are looking for an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join our dedicated team. You will be responsible for inspiring and leading a class of wonderful Year 3 pupils, guiding them through this key stage of their learning journey.

Key responsibilities include:

πŸ“Œ Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the full primary curriculum, ensuring progression in line with school expectations.
πŸ“Œ Assessing, recording and reporting on pupils' progress, using a range of formative and summative assessment strategies.
πŸ“Œ Creating a stimulating, inclusive classroom environment that motivates and supports all learners.
πŸ“Œ Setting high expectations for behaviour, learning and achievement, promoting positive attitudes and resilience.
πŸ“Œ Working collaboratively with other staff to plan curriculum, share best practice and contribute to whole-school improvement.
πŸ“Œ Liaising with parents and carers to build positive partnerships that support children's learning and wellbeing.
πŸ“Œ Upholding safeguarding and child-protection policies, ensuring all pupils are safe and cared for.

What We're Looking For
You should:
βœ” Be a qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
βœ” Have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum, especially in Key Stage 2
βœ” Be passionate about teaching and learning, with creative approaches to engagement
βœ” Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
βœ” Be committed to inclusive education and high standards for all pupils
βœ” Be a team player who contributes positively to the school community
