The Role:

Year 3 Teacher
We are looking for an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join our dedicated team. You will be responsible for inspiring and leading a class of wonderful Year 3 pupils, guiding them through this key stage of their learning journey.

Key responsibilities include:

📌 Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the full primary curriculum, ensuring progression in line with school expectations.
📌 Assessing, recording and reporting on pupils' progress, using a range of formative and summative assessment strategies.
📌 Creating a stimulating, inclusive classroom environment that motivates and supports all learners.
📌 Setting high expectations for behaviour, learning and achievement, promoting positive attitudes and resilience.
📌 Working collaboratively with other staff to plan curriculum, share best practice and contribute to whole-school improvement.
📌 Liaising with parents and carers to build positive partnerships that support children's learning and wellbeing.
📌 Upholding safeguarding and child-protection policies, ensuring all pupils are safe and cared for.

What We're Looking For
You should:
✔ Be a qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
✔ Have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum, especially in Key Stage 2
✔ Be passionate about teaching and learning, with creative approaches to engagement
✔ Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
✔ Be committed to inclusive education and high standards for all pupils
✔ Be a team player who contributes positively to the school community
