A forward-thinking secondary school in Manchester is seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant to join their support team on a full-time, permanent basis from January.
Job OverviewYou will be responsible for:
- Supporting teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4
- Working with individuals and small groups of students
- Supporting students with additional learning needs
- Assisting with classroom preparation and resources
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
- Supporting student wellbeing and inclusion
- A strong Ofsted rating and inclusive ethos
- Clear behaviour policies and strong pastoral systems
- Supportive and experienced staff team

- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant preferred
