Overview

Aspire People is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-led primary school in Manchester who are seeking a committed Primary Class Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for either an ECT or an experienced teacher to join a school that values strong relationships, high expectations, and staff wellbeing.

• Full class teacher responsibilities, including planning, teaching, and assessment
• Delivering engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
• Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school
• Strong classroom management skills
• A child-centred, enthusiastic approach to teaching

• Supportive leadership team
• Strong TA support in class
• Clear schemes of work and shared planning
