About the Role

We are seeking motivated Student Recruitment Advisors to support UK Home students who want to enrol in higher education programs through our partner institutions.

This position focuses exclusively on candidates eligible for Student Finance England (SFE) and involves guiding students throughout the full enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, contact, and qualify prospective UK Home students using calls, Whats App, social media, and CRM tools.
  • Achieve a monthly target of 10+ successful student enrolments.
  • Provide clear counselling on course options, entry requirements, career pathways, and SFE funding eligibility.
  • Assist students in completing applications and collecting required documentation.
  • Ensure smooth progress from initial inquiry to final enrolment, maintaining consistent follow-ups.
  • Record all interactions, updates, and application stages accurately in the CRM.
Compensation
  • Basic Salary:
    Fixed monthly base salary
  • Commission: £200 per successfully enrolled student
Role Requirements
  • Experience in student recruitment, admissions, counselling, education consultancy, telesales, or customer engagement (preferred).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of leads and meet monthly KPIs.
  • Understanding of Student Finance England processes is an advantage.
  • Must exclusively work with UK Home students eligible for SFE.
