Aspire People is working with a large primary school in North Manchester seeking a Primary Intervention Specialist to deliver targeted Maths and English support across KS1 and KS2.
This is a non-class-based role focused purely on raising attainment.
The Role- Deliver small-group literacy and numeracy interventions
- Support pupils working below age-related expectations
- Use assessment data to track progress
- Work closely with teachers and the SENCO
- Support SATs booster groups where required
- Qualified Teacher OR experienced Level 3/HLTA
- Strong Maths and English knowledge
- Experience delivering structured interventions
- Confident working independently
- Appeals to experienced teachers who don't want full class responsibility
- Attracts strong HLTAs looking for progression
- Clear purpose = higher-quality applicants
