Aspire People is recruiting an EAL Support TA to work with pupils who speak English as an additional language. This is a high-demand but under‑advertised role.
The Role- Provide targeted English language support
- Work 1:1 and in small groups
- Support vocabulary development and reading
- Liaise with class teachers to adapt materials
- Encourage confidence in classroom participation
- Degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or similar
- Bilingual candidates encouraged
- Experience tutoring or mentoring
- Strong communication skills
