We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in a range of secondary schools across the Willesden area. These roles include long-term placements and flexible day-to-day supply, supporting schools by supervising classes in the absence of teaching staff.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cover Supervisor or confident classroom professional with strong behaviour management skills who can maintain a positive learning environment and keep students on task.

• Working as a Cover Supervisor in secondary schools across Willesden
• Supervising classes during short-term and long-term teacher absences
• Delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain focused and engaged
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Maintaining a calm, safe, and productive learning environment
• Taking registers and reporting back to teaching staff where required
• Supporting students with their work and encouraging positive behaviour for learning

• Have experience working in a secondary school setting (as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, or similar)
• Have strong behaviour management skills and confidence managing a classroom independently
• Be calm, firm, and consistent in dealing with challenging behaviour
• Be reliable, professional, and adaptable to different school environments
• Be able to follow school policies and procedures effectively
• Hold (or be willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS on the update service
