About the Role As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain on task Follow and implement the school's behaviour policy Work across different secondary schools, giving you broad experience Be provided with a timetable and clear expectations for each placement

You'll be supported with training from Aspire People, including behaviour management strategies, giving you the tools and confidence needed to succeed in the classroom.
