Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Learning Coach
Manchester | Full-Time (37 hours)
£35,000-£38,000 + £4,250 Car Allowance
Our client, one of the UK's leading apprenticeship providers is on the lookout for an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Learning Coach who's ready to pass on their expertise and inspire the next generation.

What You'll Be Doing:- Hitting the road to coach apprentices in their workplaces
- Delivering high-quality Level 3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning training
- Managing your own caseload and driving learner progress
- Planning your own diary and working autonomously
- Capturing evidence, giving constructive feedback, and ensuring compliance
- Supporting learners to hit milestones and achieve their qualifications
This is a hands-on coaching role where no two days are the same.
What They Are Looking For- ✔ Extensive industry experience in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- ✔ A passion for mentoring and developing others
- ✔ Strong communication and organisation skills
- ✔ The ability to manage your time and workload effectively
- TAQA, CAVA, A1 or D32/33 Assessor qualifications
- Experience with government-funded training
