Unqualified Teaching Assistant – School Experience Required

Have you worked in a primary school within the last two years but don't hold a formal Teaching Assistant qualification? Aspire People is recruiting an experienced but unqualified Teaching Assistant to support a supportive and community-driven primary school in Central Manchester.

• Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery
• Providing small group support in English and Maths
• Delivering phonics and reading interventions
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Supporting classroom organisation and preparation

• Recent experience working in a primary school
• Confident supporting KS1 or KS2 pupils
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and school routines
• Calm, professional, and reliable
• Passionate about making a positive impact on children's learning
