Teaching Assistant Level 3 plus SNA

About the Role

We are seeking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant on a permanent contract to join our team based at our Craig Hall (Irlam) site.

• Are you interested in supporting primary‑age children with complex needs to achieve their potential?
• Will you ensure that all pupils are included and supported to develop whatever their special educational needs or behaviour challenges?
• Can you work as part of a team to provide an appropriate learning environment for our pupils?
• Do you want to learn new skills and participate in your own professional development?
• Previous experience of working with young people of school age who may have challenging behaviour and complex needs, preferably within an educational setting.
• Are you ready to develop your skills and expertise to lead groups of pupils?
• Do you have the drive to develop your skills and expertise in a nominated area of specialist communication?
