Are you an enthusiastic Early Years practitioner looking for a long-term opportunity in a supportive and welcoming school?

A primary school in Horwich is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join their team from 13th April on a maternity cover contract running until at least December 2026
. This role offers genuine stability and the opportunity to become an integral part of a well-established Early Years team.

You will take full responsibility for the planning, delivery and assessment within the EYFS setting, ensuring children receive a rich, engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum.

Your role will include:

• Delivering high-quality provision in line with the EYFS framework
• Creating a nurturing, stimulating classroom environment
• Monitoring and tracking pupil progress
• Supporting early communication, language and personal development
• Working collaboratively with support staff and colleagues
• Contributing to the wider school community and staff meetings

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience with in Early Years (Reception experience desirable)
• A strong understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum
• A creative and engaging teaching style
• Commitment to consistency, high standards and teamwork

• Long-term maternity cover providing stability until at least December 2026
