A respected Special Needs school in South London is seeking a committed and experienced Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child with Autism. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Work closely with the class teacher across all curriculum areas.
• Contribute to creative and engaging lesson activities.
• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a child with Autism, focusing on communication, engagement, and social development.
• Help the student overcome learning barriers through consistency, rapport-building, and tailored support strategies.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has the right to work in the UK
  .
• Holds the clear, up‑to‑date DBS (or is willing to do one through us)
• Has proven experience supporting children with Autism and/or Emotional Behavioural Difficulties.
• Is reliable, committed, and available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm
  .
• Is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and helping them thrive.

• Weekly pay between £525-£575
  .
• Holiday pay included.
