Our client, a prominent institution in the education and training sector, is currently seeking a dedicated Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Tutor to join their team in Wythenshawe. This permanent full-time teaching role is a unique opportunity to educate and mentor the next generation of professionals in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning (RAC).

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality apprenticeship programmes in refrigeration and air conditioning.
Develop and implement effective teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
Engage learners and employers to ensure a supportive learning environment.
Manage and maintain a caseload of learners, ensuring timely interventions and progress.
Prepare learners for the End Point Assessment (EPA) process.
Create individualised learning plans tailored to learner needs, including Maths and English.
Ensure all assessments and feedback are delivered accurately and constructively.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

Experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry.
Understanding of apprenticeship standards and their delivery.
Proven teaching experience, not just industry experience.
Possession of or willingness to work towards Level 3 and 4 teaching qualifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in planning, organising, and prioritising workload effectively.
Strong motivational and coaching skills to support learner success.
