Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Intervention & Pupil Progress
Aspire People is seeking Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Manchester in delivering targeted intervention support.

This role focuses on helping pupils close learning gaps and build confidence through structured intervention sessions.

The Role Will Include:

Delivering small-group and 1:1 interventions in English and Maths

Supporting pupils who are working below age-related expectations

Monitoring progress and adapting support strategies

Supporting assessment preparation and catch-up programmes

Working collaboratively with class teachers and leadership teams

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

Experience delivering structured interventions

Strong subject knowledge in core subjects

Excellent communication and organisation skills

A data-informed, pupil-focused approach
