Are you passionate about making a difference in children’s lives?
We are looking for caring, patient, and enthusiastic Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants to join our network of temporary school support staff across the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in different schools, gaining experience in a variety of educational settings while making a real impact on students’ learning and development.
What you’ll do:
* Support students with a range of special educational needs, including learning difficulties, autism, ADHD, and social/emotional challenges.
* Work one-to-one or in small groups to support classroom learning and development.
* Assist teachers with planning and delivering tailored learning activities.
* Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and SEN coordinators.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience working with children, preferably in a SEN or classroom support role.
* A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting children with diverse needs.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
* Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 in Childcare, Teaching Assistance, or SEN support) are desirable but not essential.
* DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one through the agency.
