Level 3 Teaching Assistant - EYFS​/KS1

Aspire People are working in partnership with a warm and nurturing primary school in Manchester who are seeking a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils across EYFS and Key Stage 1.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity within a school that places strong emphasis on early development, phonics, and creating a positive foundation for learning.

• Supporting teaching and learning within Reception and Year 1.
• Delivering small-group phonics interventions (Read Write Inc experience desirable).
• Providing 1:1 support for pupils requiring additional academic or emotional guidance.
• Supporting early language development and communication skills.
• Assisting with observations and contributing to pupil progress tracking.
• Supporting classroom routines, transitions, and behaviour management.

• Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (CACHE or equivalent).
• Has recent experience working in a UK primary school.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and KS1 curriculum.
• Confident supporting phonics and early numeracy.
• Nurturing, proactive and committed to pupil development.
