QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - ECTs welcome Flexibility to work across different secondary schools and year groups Strong behaviour management skills DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Ability to provide two years of recent references A passion for education and making a positive impact Reliable, professional, and adaptable approach to teaching
