Martens croft Nursery School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our Outstanding-rated setting. We are a vibrant, inclusive nursery school and children’s centre committed to providing high-quality early education and care for children aged 5 months to 4 years.
Responsibilities- Deliver a rich, child-centred curriculum that supports holistic development.
- Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
- Work collaboratively with a skilled team of practitioners and support staff.
- Champion outdoor learning, creative exploration, and inclusive practice.
- Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)
- A deep understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
- Enthusiasm for play-based, child-led learning
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing
- A reflective, proactive approach to professional development
