Learning Mentor – Specialist Secondary Setting – Manchester

Are you passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people who need additional support to re-engage with education?
A specialist secondary provision is looking for a full-time Learning Mentor to provide both classroom and pastoral support.
Your responsibilities:Building strong, positive relationships with pupils
Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
Working with students on a 1:1 basis
Promoting attendance, engagement and progress
Behaviour mentors
Youth workers
Sports coaches
Experienced TAs
Full-time long-term role

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
