This is a hands-on training ownership role, not an administrative position. You will be responsible for how our staff are trained, how knowledge is delivered, and how standards are maintained across the business. A key part of the role is creating and presenting clear, engaging video-based training used daily by our teams.

• Build and maintain structured training programmes for retail staff
• Create and present internal training videos (on camera)
• Translate sales techniques, product knowledge, and procedures into clear training content
• Ensure training is practical, consistent, and commercially effective
• Deliver occasional in-person training sessions in Manchester
• Refine training based on performance feedback and operational needs

• Experience in training, coaching, or structured knowledge delivery
• Confidence presenting on camera in a professional environment
• Clear communication and strong organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting
• Background in beauty, hairstyling, retail, or customer‑facing roles is a plus
