Cover Supervisor – SEND-SEMH settings Salford-Oldham £120 - £150 per day Temporary to Permanent contract Immediate start

Mon to Fri, 8:0a to 3:00pm About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Cover supervisor to work in specialist settings across SEN/SEMH In Salford and Oldham. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people by supporting their personal, social, and emotional development alongside their academic journey.

As a Cover supervisor, you will play a vital role in managing a classroom and covering various subjects. Also supporting behaviour management strategies, and helping pupils overcome barriers to learning.

• Have previous experience as a Cover Supervisor (THIS IS ESSENTIAL)
• Worked with children that have SEN/SEMH Needs
• Experience with EHCP’S
• Be confident in managing a classroom
• Be inspired to help students learn in new and exciting ways
• Able to cover various subjects when needed
• Have excellent communications skills

• Experience of working with young people in an educational, youth work, or mentoring capacity.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach.
• Ability to support students facing social, emotional, or behavioural challenges.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Able to commute to the Salford-Oldham area
