Learning Support Assistant – North Manchester

We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive primary school in North Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the learning and development of pupils with additional needs.

• Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups to access the curriculum
• Assist teachers with differentiated learning activities and interventions
• Help create an inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
• Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs as part of a structured SEN programme

• Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school or educational setting
• Level 2 or 3 TA qualification preferred but not essential
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff

• Ofsted rating
• Supportive leadership and inclusive environment
• Strong focus on pupil wellbeing and progress
