Upper KS2 Teacher - Experienced Primary Teacher Required

Full-Time Long-Term Role with Aspire People.

Aspire People are recruiting an experienced Upper KS2 Teacher to support a primary school looking to strengthen their teaching team. The school is seeking a confident and motivated teacher who can effectively support pupils through the challenges of Upper KS2, preparing them for increasing academic expectations while maintaining a positive and engaging classroom environment.

The successful candidate will be an experienced teacher who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately to pupil progress and attainment.

• Delivering high-quality teaching across Upper KS2
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with curriculum expectations
• Supporting pupils with reading, writing, reasoning, and problem‑solving skills
• Monitoring attainment and implementing intervention strategies where required
• Managing behaviour effectively and maintaining high standards
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

• Holds QTS
• Has recent KS2 teaching experience within a UK primary school
• Is confident teaching Upper KS2 pupils
• Has excellent behaviour management skills
• Demonstrates a commitment to pupil achievement and development
• Can quickly become a valued member of the school team
