Bridgewater Primary School is seeking a dedicated, caring, and enthusiastic Learning Mentor to join our supportive team.

About the Role

As a Learning Mentor, you will:

  • Support pupils' emotional wellbeing and personal development
  • Help children overcome barriers to learning
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and staff
  • Deliver targeted interventions and mentoring sessions
  • Encourage confidence, resilience, and positive behaviour
  • Work closely with teachers, parents and external agencies to support pupil success
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
  • Has experience working with children in an educational or pastoral setting
  • Is patient, compassionate, and approachable
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can inspire and motivate young learners
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
