Experienced Secondary Teaching Assistant – Salford

Milk Education is recruiting experienced Secondary Teaching Assistants in Salford for both full‑time and part‑time roles with competitive daily rates and an immediate start.

We are working closely with secondary schools across Salford and are looking for confident, capable Teaching Assistants to support students in mainstream classrooms, SEN provisions, and SEMH settings.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who can manage a classroom, engage pupils positively, and adapt to a range of learning and behavioural needs across KS3 and KS4.

About the Role

As a Secondary Teaching Assistant in Salford, you may support students on a 1:1 basis, within small groups, or across full classroom settings. Schools are looking for strong Teaching Assistants with a calm but authoritative presence who can build relationships quickly and keep students engaged in learning.

  • General classroom teaching assistant support
