Graduate Secondary Teaching Assistant Manchester

M40, Manchester

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm

A thriving secondary school in the M40 area is seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join its dedicated support team. This is far more than a traditional support role. You'll become an integral part of the school community, working alongside experienced teachers, supporting students academically and pastorally, and developing the skills needed for a successful future in education.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Supporting students across a range of subjects and year groups
  • Delivering targeted intervention sessions to boost attainment

  • Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom delivery
  • Supporting behaviour management and promoting a positive learning culture
  • Helping students prepare for assessments and examinations
