About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Primary Curriculum Co‑Ordinator to join our team and play a key role in shaping and enhancing the quality of education across our provision.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled educational leader who is committed to driving high standards of teaching and learning, supporting staff development, and ensuring positive outcomes for pupils with a range of additional needs.
Essential Requirements- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong leadership experience within an educational setting
- Proven experience in curriculum leadership and development
- Experience working with SEND and/or SEMH learners
- Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills
- A commitment to inclusive education and continuous improvement
- Lead the development, implementation, and quality assurance of the curriculum
- Ensure high-quality teaching and learning across the provision
- Support, coach, and mentor teaching staff
- Deliver and lead curriculum-focused CPD and training
- Monitor curriculum delivery, impact, and pupil progress
Work collaboratively with senior leaders to drive school improvement initiatives - Contribute to the wider strategic development of teaching and learning
- Support the delivery of outstanding educational outcomes for all pupils
