About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Primary Curriculum Co‑Ordinator to join our team and play a key role in shaping and enhancing the quality of education across our provision.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled educational leader who is committed to driving high standards of teaching and learning, supporting staff development, and ensuring positive outcomes for pupils with a range of additional needs.

Essential Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong leadership experience within an educational setting
  • Proven experience in curriculum leadership and development
  • Experience working with SEND and/or SEMH learners
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • A commitment to inclusive education and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, implementation, and quality assurance of the curriculum
  • Ensure high-quality teaching and learning across the provision
  • Support, coach, and mentor teaching staff
  • Deliver and lead curriculum-focused CPD and training
  • Monitor curriculum delivery, impact, and pupil progress

    Work collaboratively with senior leaders to drive school improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to the wider strategic development of teaching and learning
  • Support the delivery of outstanding educational outcomes for all pupils
