Join Our Team as a Careers Adviser and Make a Real Difference to Young People’s Futures

Are you passionate about helping young people unlock their potential and take confident steps toward their future? We’re looking for a qualified and experienced Careers Adviser to deliver impartial, high‑quality Careers Information, Advice and Guidance that truly transforms lives.

In this dynamic role, you’ll work with young people across a variety of settings—including schools, colleges, community hubs and virtual platforms—through impactful 1:1 support and inspiring small group sessions. You’ll play a key part in supporting young people to build the skills, knowledge and self-belief they need to thrive in their next stage of education, training or employment.

As a valued member of our Education and Guidance Services team, you will:

  • Build meaningful, trust‑based relationships with young people, including those facing significant barriers
  • Empower them to make informed decisions and navigate successful transitions
  • Develop strong partnerships with schools, colleges, employers and community organisations
  • Deliver personalised guidance that promotes wellbeing, opportunity and long‑term success

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, innovative and committed. Your communication skills and empathy will be essential in supporting young people from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of needs.
