Learning Support Assistant Level 3 – LKS2

The Governors, staff and children at Lark Hill Community Primary School are looking to appoint an excellent and hardworking Learning Support Assistant (Level
3) to share in our vision within our school. - Have the appropriate teaching and learning Level 3 diploma or equivalent qualification
- Promote and model the school values of NURTURE, ACHIEVE and RESPECT
- Promote and model the school vision, infusing honesty and integrity into all of school life
- Develop high quality professional relationships with children, colleagues, parents, carers and Governors
- Contribute to the development of an inspiring culture for learning across the school
- Plan and adapt learning to meet the needs of groups of pupils
- Deliver teaching and learning as part of whole class provision
- Understand the importance and impact of teamwork and collaboration
- Be committed and understand the importance of experiential learning
- Have the ability to self‑evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities
- Understand the functions of behaviour and have experience of positive behaviour management strategies and a commitment to the school’s policy
