Early Career Teacher (ECT) – Salford
Milk Education are recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a range of welcoming Primary Schools across Salford on a short-term, long-term, or day-to-day supply basis starting in September.
You’ll be working with inclusive, supportive schools that are passionate about developing new teaching talent and committed to creating positive learning environments where every child can thrive. Schools place a strong emphasis on collaboration, wellbeing, and providing opportunities for professional growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Early Career Teacher to gain valuable classroom experience, build confidence across different year groups, and develop their teaching practice with ongoing support.
What You’ll Be Doing in the Role- Delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the Primary National Curriculum.
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
- Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support pupil progress.
- Assessing and monitoring pupil learning while adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS with ECT status.
- Recent teaching placement experience within a Primary School setting.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A passion for inspiring young learners and developing as an education professional.
