Axcis Education is recruiting for a dedicated and resilient 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil within a welcoming mainstream primary school in Middleton, Rochdale.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with a pupil on a one-to-one basis to manage behavioural needs, promote engagement with learning, and support positive social and emotional development throughout the school day.
Qualifications
  • Experience working with children or young people with behavioural, social and emotional needs.
  • A calm, patient and resilient approach.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to remain positive and proactive in challenging situations.
  • Previous experience in a school, youth work, care or support setting is desirable.

Salary / Pay Rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.
