The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will provide both in-class and small-group support, helping students to access learning, build confidence, and achieve academic success.

Key responsibilities include:

The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will:
Have experience working with young people, ideally within an educational setting Be patient, adaptable, and resilient Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be committed to supporting students of all abilities Have a genuine passion for education and student development Be able to work effectively as part of a team Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Youth Worker, Sports Coach, Graduate Teaching Assistant, or similar role would be advantageous, although applications from individuals looking to begin a career in education are also welcomed.
