At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Engineering Learning Coach to join their expanding team based in Manchester.

This is a full-time permanent Learning Coach role combining classroom delivery with workplace visits, giving you the opportunity to support and inspire apprentices as they progress through their Level 3 and Level 4 engineering qualifications.

You will play a key role in guiding learners through their apprenticeship journey, helping them achieve their qualifications and build long term careers within the engineering sector.

What you will be doing:

• Deliver high quality coaching and training sessions face to face in the classroom and online
• Deliver Level 3 and Level 4 programmes including Lead Engineering Maintenance Technician, Engineering Manufacturing, and Maintenance Technician
• Support learners throughout their apprenticeship, ensuring milestones and targets are achieved on time
• Manage a caseload of learners, monitoring progress and achievement against deadlines
• Visit learners in the workplace across Cheshire to Yorkshire
• Provide constructive feedback that builds confidence and supports learner development
• Produce accurate reports and learner documentation
• Inspire and motivate learners to complete their qualifications successfully

What we are looking for:

• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel across the region
• Experience supporting, coaching, mentoring, or training others
• Ability to manage a varied workload and learner caseload effectively
• Passion for helping others succeed and develop their careers

Essential

• Previous experience within education, training, or teaching
• Assessor or teaching qualification
