• Support students—especially those with additional needs—to access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
• Assist teachers in classroom instruction and the delivery of lessons.
• Help maintain a disruption‑free learning environment and support the school’s behaviour management system.
• Contribute to the inclusive school community and promote an ethos of respect, responsibility, and teamwork.

• Commitment to working with young people and a compassionate, supportive approach.
• Desire to gain experience in a full‑time educational setting and pursue a recognised teaching qualification.
• Passion for supporting children with additional needs and fostering their development.
• Subject to enhanced DBS clearance and other necessary checks.
