Midday Supervisor – New Bridge Learning Centre

Salary: NJC Point 3 – £24,796 (full time/year). Actual Salary Pro‑rata: £4,339 per annum.

Hours:

7 hours 30 minutes per week, Term Time plus 5 days (195 days).

Work Pattern:
Monday‑Friday, 1 hour 30 minutes per day.

Location:

New Bridge Learning Centre, Fitton Hill Oldham, OL8 2PZ

• Prepare lunch area by setting up tables and chairs and cleaning up after use.
• Assist pupils with feeding and drinking during lunchtime.
• Provide supervision and personal care support.
• Manage pupils’ behaviour and address incidents as required.
• Maintain general housekeeping of the dining area.

• Commitment to safeguarding young people and adherence to safeguarding procedures.
• Successful completion of an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
• Proof of right to work in the UK.
• Qualified to participate in the Keep Children Safe in Education (2023) due diligence online search.
