? Is ready to pass on their knowledge to the next generation

This is not a classroom-heavy role around 80% of your time will be spent delivering practical, hands-on training as follows:

• Deliver high-quality practical training in overhead line construction & maintenance
• Support classroom-based learning when required
• Design and develop engaging training programmes
• Assess learners against industry standards (NVQ / Diploma / End Point Assessment)
• Ensure all training is delivered safely and in line with legislation
