What You’ll Be Doing
  • Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
  • Adapting teaching to meet a range of learning needs
  • Supporting pupils with varying levels of ability, including those with additional needs
  • Working collaboratively with staff to support both academic progress and pupil wellbeing
  • Developing your teaching practice through hands‑on classroom experience
We’re Looking For
  • Trainee teachers on track to achieve QTS by September 2026
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
  • Confidence in managing a classroom (with support where needed)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A genuine commitment to inclusive education and supporting all learners
