Aspire People are working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Telford to recruit a Year 4 Teacher for a full-time, permanent position starting September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to teach and inspire children in a pivotal stage of their education, helping them develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

As a Year 4 Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons, support children's academic and personal growth, and contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment. You will be part of a friendly, collaborative staff team dedicated to providing the best education for every pupil.

• Plan, teach, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the Year 4 curriculum.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor pupils' progress and tailor teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
• Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching strategies and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and carers to support pupils' learning and wellbeing.

• Qualified Teacher Status (ETCS welcome)
• Passion for teaching and inspiring children in Year 4
• Strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum and Key Stage 2 pedagogy
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
